Room with private bathroom in Pozuelo
Lovely room for rent with a double bedroom, private bathroom and working/studying room. We are looking for students to come and stay with us for short period of time (few months) and enjoy the experience of living with a Spanish family.

Deposit for stays over 6 months: 680.00 (EUR)
If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
