Derbyshire Country cottage in pretty village
Newly refurbished cosy country cottage in the pretty village of Holbrook, Derbyshire, surrounded by beautiful scenery yet with good transport links to Nottingham, Derby, Sheffield and Birmingham.
Over 200 years old, with original features and a log burner, the cottage is centrally located in the village so perfect for cosy nights in or a 2 minute walk to the local pub.
It has a generous dedicated workspace with extra powerpoints and USB points. There is a sofa bed in this space which could be used for taking a break from work, reading, a siesta or it will sleep 2 people.
There are 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed and bedroom 2 has a single bed.
The bathroom has bath, power shower, washbasin and toilet.
Downstairs, there is a recently installed fully-fitted kitchen with induction hob, double oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer, kettle and coffee machine.
