The veranda has 17 meters of double glazed sliding windows. Covered parking. Large field adjacent layed out in terraced rows, for vegetables.
The sechoir land has its own independent access, separate from the house access, but with foot access to the field below, with possibility of larger project/ home grown produce. Very successful electroculture trial in ‘23 brought good yields

Ste Alauzie is between three old bastide villages all within 10mins drive Situated on the southern border of the Lot 15 mins drive to Motorway and just 20 minutes drive to the medieval capital Cahors.
Full information for one and half day excursions is well documented at the cottage. Visit the gorges of the Averyon, Cordes and Albi and Toulouse St Cirq la Popie, caves of Peche Merle or Roccamadour, Caves of Padirac The famous Cahors wine tasting route. Chateau's dotted along the Lot river. Gastronomic restaurants and village day and night markets abound.

This year we are letting weekly + holiday rentals with fully maintained gardens. For 2024 Long term we are looking for a long term rental couple, who preferably though not obligatory would like to grow food and likes gardening. The garden must be maintained on long term rental prices or extra tariff
