Detached bungalow with great panoramic sea views in the north of Crete. Nature lovers and peace seekers will love our house!
With village view, olive grove atmosphere and great view of the sea, this house is located on a private plot of 4700 sq.yards on the north coast of Crete.
The floor plan in the form of a hexagon and absolute secluded location make this bungalow something out of the ordinary. A partially covered terrace leading around the bungalow and large windows or glass fronts offer each guest his favorite place.
The bungalow with its 179 sq.yards living space is furnished with charm and attention to details. The pergola with a solid wooden table and benches invites you to dine outside or just to linger in a hammock. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are located each on one side of the common living space and are therefore spatially separated.
The village of Kalo Chorio, which still offers traditional Cretan village life, can be reached on foot in 30 minutes. The beach and nearest place for shopping and eating is Gouves, located 8km from the house. The Cretan Golf Course is a 15 minutes drive away and if you feel like having a night out, you can be in the center of Chersonissos in 25 minutes.
We strongly recommend renting a car!
We lived in our house it is also very personally decorated and well equipped.
If you have any allergies or special needs, pls let us know in advance. The house will be fully cleaned before you take it over and any special care will be considered (e.g. change of curtains, mattress sheet etc).
Your four-legged friend is welcome in our house! The large property is fenced and your dog can move freely. If your dog is in the house, it would be nice not to leave him on the sofas without a dog blanket. Of respect to other guests we would appreciate your dog not sleeping in the bed. A dog basket and a dog blanket are available. Also dog towels are gladly loaned to you.
An extra cleaning fee for the special final cleaning of dogs will be added.
Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor areas.
Around the house cameras and motion detectors are installed. These only record when the surveillance is switched on, which invariably happens for the safety of the house and only at times of non-letting.
Due to the decoration of the house it is not suitable for babies or toddlers and therefore children can only be accepted from the age of 8 years.
Cats are not allowed

A down payment of 1 month as deposit is due at reservation date; The monthly rent is due within the first 5 days of each month.
If you cancel up to 6 weeks before the date of arrival, 25% of the deposit will be kept as cancellation fee.
For cancellations between 6 weeks and up to 24 hours upon arrival, a 80% cancellation fee will be charged.
If canceled shorter than 24 hours upon arrival the deposit will fully be kept, so no refund is granted.
