Maisonette ( 85 sqm) is a 2 storey apartment with two private bedroomS & two bathrooms. An internal staircase connects these 2 bedrooms. In the open plan living room there is a comfortable convertible sofa bed and a LCD TV hangs on the wall, where you can enjoy watching international channels.The kitchen is also linked to the dining area. From the balconies you can enjoy the beautiful seascape view.Garden for family gatherings or late night leisure.
The Swimming Pool covers an area of 200 sq. m. and includes the main pool and the children’s pool. The pools are surrounded by a sun terrace full of comfortable sun beds and umbrellas, while more active persons might want to use The Small Village resort gym, which is open all day.
The resort also features a Snack bar.Our staff is happy to bring you refreshment by the pool or under a tree, while in our Taverna you can enjoy some of the best and freshest seafood or traditional dishes, cooked to perfection and enjoyed under the stars. The Pool bar is the perfect place for a nightcap. Here, the music mingles with the sounds of nature from the surrounding gardens and makes for a relaxing end to the day.
The Small Village resort is 4 km from the centre of Mastichari Village. The nearest beach is in 500m distance and an organised beach in 4km . Kos Airport is at a distance of 10km, while the busy town of Kos is 26 km away. Private parking can be found on site.
