It consists of 2 bedrooms with king and queen size beds, large kitchen with dining area (optional open to the living room), living room with dining and working area, one full bathroom and one WC with shower, three verandas, solar water heater, newly replaced shades at the verandas.
With beautiful views to Acropolis, Lycabetus and Hymettos, and a cool southern breeze from the sea, it is ideal for couples or up to four adults who wish to stay in Athens during the summer for business or holidays.
Minimum stay one month, rent 3000 euros. Bills (electricity, water, wi-fi) are included. For a stay of more than two months rental fee 2700 euros. Cleaning available at extra cost. Prices are slightly negotiable.
