Bellissimo appartamento fino a 4 Persone: 2 STANZE, 2 BAGNI PRIVATI , CUCINA e BALCONCINO in corso Sempione al 7mo piano, luminosissimo, ristrutturato, aria condizionata, wifi.
Fornito di tutto, dalla lavatrice al microonde, dalle stoviglie ai coprimaterassi.
La zona una delle più belle di Milano. Centrale, residenziale, con negozi di ogni tipo (anche una Coop e una Esselunga a 200 Mt), tranquilla e sicura, ma anche zona di movida con locali e ristoranti eleganti e alla moda.
Servita da tantissimi mezzi, metro lilla (fermata Domodossola a 300 mt) passante ferroviario (2 minuti direttamente in Cadorna senza fermate), tram (1,19,14..) e autobus (57,43,78...) per qualsiasi direzione.
Le camere sono doppie. Può quindi essere abitato anche da 4 persone: cucina, 2 camere doppie molto grandi e 2 bagni. Accesso diretto da ogni camera al proprio bagno.
Le 2 camere sono come 2 'monolocali': oltre a letti, armadi e scrivanie, ci sono anche tavoli da pranzo nel caso si voglia pranzare separatamente, poltrona\divano, libreria...
La palazzina è signorile, frequentata molto bene, c'è portineria e doppio ascensore.
Al canone vanno aggiunti 840 euro di spese totali (condominio, riscaldamento,acqua, gas, tari e Wi-Fi ),
resta esclusa solo elettricità, il cui consumo è variabile, in base al numero di persone che occupano l'appartamentoe all'uso o meno dell'aria condizionata (è possibile calcolare il consumo di ogni camera).
