Bedrooms with new furniture featuring a comfortable double bed, a closet, TV aerial, a balcony, and a shared bathroom. No linen nor blankets are provided.
The apartment consists of 2 large bedrooms (one double and one single), 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a balcony. Located on the ground floor with a concierge. No parking space. In the area of Tiburtina and Prenestina. Metro B Conca D'Oro at 300 meters and Talenti Metro B.
The expenses included are condominium, waste charges, water, and internet. The expense not included are electricity, gas, and heating. Only booking requests will be taken into consideration.
The contract registration fee is equal to 60 euros. This fee has to be paid at check-in.
This extra administration fee that I set covers other services that I provide, which are:
1. Welcome at check-in
2. Key at hand at check-in
3. Fee for the contract resolution after check out
4. Assistance during the whole length of your stay
Since this is a necessary fee, if it is not paid within 2 days after the check-in has been done, I will cancel the booking.
