The bedrooms come with a bed, bedsprings, wardrobe, lamps. The rooms are connected. Collective gas heating. The apartment is very bright and quiet. It is a functional and turnkey apartment. Located in a well-maintained building on the 4th floor (no elevator) and near all amenities. Strasbourg train station is a short 10 minute walk from the flat. Cathédrale also close by.
The monthly rent is including all charges (cold and hot water, electricity, gas, heating, maintenance of the common areas, garbage) as well as wifi. The one-time end of stay cleaning fee will need to be paid upfront at check-in, along with the security deposit. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

C'est un appartement fonctionnel et clé en main. Situé dans un immeuble bien entretenu au 4ème étage (sans ascenseur) et à proximité de toutes les commodités. La gare de Strasbourg est situé à 10 minute (à pied) de l’appartement. La Cathédrale est également à proximité.
Le loyer mensuel comprend toutes les charges (eau froide et chaude, électricité, gaz, chauffage, entretien des parties communes, ordures) et également le wifi. Le forfait “end of stay cleaning fee”de nettoyage doivent être payés au moment du check-in, ainsi que le paiement du dépôt de garantie.
