RENTAL CONDITION:
Electricity, internet wi-fi, water, building expenses, TARI (waiste tariff), are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing me 1 month before your expected move-out date;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can request it online from the Italian Consulate in your Country. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
The following payments are due at check-in and must be made via instant bank transfer if you have a SEPA account, or through Revolut or Wise.
- A security deposit that will be refunded within one week of your departure. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit upon presentation of an invoice.
- 50 euros one-time final cleaning fee.
The landlord's signature on the lease agreement shall serve as ackowledgment of receipt for the aforementional payments.
