It is fully equipped in a safe neighborhood, next to Pedion of Areos park, with supermarkets, bakeries, shops and public transport to all university schools. The nearest metro station (Ambelokipi station) is a 10-minute walk away. The Athens School of Economics (ASOE) is also within walking distance, same as the Archaeological Museum of Athens, as well as the Athens Polytechnic University with its School of Architecture.
The apartment is close to both neighborhoods of Exarchia and Kypseli where there are many small bars, ouzerias and special café-restaurants that the city's youth choose. It has hot water through a solar water heater, Internet connection (fiber optics network) and the rent also includes water, electricity, utilities, airconditioning maintenance bills.
