The space
Ground floor: entrance area, reception\common area with sink, lockers, refrigerator, tables and chairs, and rooms A, B, and C.
First floor: rooms D, E, and F.
All rooms have a private bathroom with shower and bidet, and are furnished with a three-(hidden)ize bed or double bed, wardrobe, nightstands, and desk.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:
? Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
? Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
? Submit all required documents for the contract registration
If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
