The apartment has many balconys. But pay attention that smoking is not allowed on the balconys.
The apartment is situated in the 4th floor and has an extra private hallway.
Perfect connection to universities (just 7 walking minutes to the main university) and all other locations because of perfect bus and tram connections from main square (5 minutes walk) and Jakominiplatz (3 minutes walk).
Herrengasse, the main street of Graz, is only 1 minute walk away.
A spar supermarket is just two buildings away from the apartment.
If needed we can organize a parking space for EUR 15,-/day.
