Affitto in un appartamento molto luminoso, al quarto piano con ascensore, a dieci minuti a piedi dall'aeroporto e dal centro, a cinque dalla stazione, di fronte alla fermata del bus per il centro e per l'università, una camera molto grande (circa 16 mq ), ad uso singolo, con letto matrimoniale. Altre due camere sono occupate da due ragazzi. L'appartamento non è nuovo, ma è stato ristrutturato recentemente e gli arredi sono tutti nuovi. La camera ha il terrazzo esposto ad est ed è molto luminosa. La cucina è abitabile e con veranda, il bagno, grande, con la vasca. Armadiature( a muro) molto spaziose nel corridoio, oltre agli armadi nelle camere. La zona è molto comoda, oltre che per gli spostamenti, per la vicinanza con negozi di ogni genere e supermercato (farmacia, Coop, etc.) A 5 minuti a piedi sia dall'aeroporto che dalla stazione. L'appartamento affaccia su due lati dell'edificio ed ha un'ottima esposizione.Predisposizione TV in tutte le camere. Si affitta con contratto individuale, preferibilmente a studenti, anche stranieri. Il canone mensile è di 430,00€ mensili, comprensivi delle spese di utenze ( elettricità fino a 150,00€ bimestrali)! e condominiali.Esclusa tassa spazzatura (13,00\mese). No animali, né ospiti.
La camera verrà pulita ed igienizzata 6 ore prima dell'arrivo del nuovo inquilino, secondo quanto previsto dalle Autorità sanitarie.
