Costs:
Rent: 599 EUR per month + 1\2 of the utilities (gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, TV, water, etc.)
Deposit: 599 EUR
Final cleaning fee: 150 EUR (can be waived if you clean perfectly upon departure)
Wi-Fi and TV: approx. 50 EUR
Gas: approx. 7.74 EUR\month + usage
Electricity: according to your usage
Water and sewage: approx. 10 EUR per person\month
Common area costs (stairs and corridor lighting, etc.): approx. 5-6 EUR per person\month
Please note that if your utility use exceeds 35 EUR per month, you will be charged the difference (e.g., if your water usage is 45 EUR, you will be charged 10 EUR extra).
? About the host: The owner of the apartment (who is also a sport professor) will likely be your roommate, but will spend most of the summer away from Ljubljana, giving you space and privacy. You'll have someone available for help whenever needed to make sure you have a comfortable stay and a successful study period.
