Appartamento loft, arredato con stile moderno, al piano terra in palazzina completamente ristrutturata a nuovo con particolari e finiture di qualità. La struttura è composta da un grande luminoso ambiente a vista, con spazio giardino privato esterno, cucina arredata con lavatrice e lavastoviglie, divano letto due posti, bagno con doccia, camera matrimoniale e soppalco. La zona è molto tranquilla, fuori dalla ZTL, parcheggio libero ed a a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro città. Se si preferisce per la notte possibilità di parcheggio in una vicinissima autorimessa. Molto adatto a coppie, singoli, trasfertisti, e lavoratori stagionali.
Cani benvenuti ma raccomandiamo la pulizia.
Comodissimo per il centro città e per le varie università di Torino e lo IAAD.
Possibilità di richiesta domicilio temporaneo per studenti (non residenza).
