The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, drip (Delonghi) coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils are provided as well. The flat comes with clothes washing and drying machine. A vacuum, broom, mop and cleaning supplies are also available in the apartment. The property is heated throughout the winter months with floor heating control via the electric thermostat and individual radiators.
The bedroom faces the street and is furnished with a queen-size bed and a superior quality mattress. All bedding and linens are provided and professionally laundered. The rental may be put to an end without refund if complaints are received from neighbours regarding excessive barking or noise from pets.
