Each guest has a comfortable container bed with memory mattress, desk and chair, bookcase, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV in the room, enjoys a wonderful view of the Basilica of Sant'Eustorgio, without any building in front because we are on a high floor.

The apartment is located on the Parco Delle Basiliche, in a very quiet street which is a 2-minute walk from the Nuova Darsena and the Navigli, moreover, with a pleasant walk through the most beautiful streets of the city, in a few minutes you can reach the square. del Duomo, Sant'Ambrogio, Porta Romana, etc.
The entire apartment is completely new and studied in detail to be pleasant, comfortable and welcoming, equipped with an oven, microwave, washer-dryer, iron. Very elegant building with a custodian every day.
The fee INCLUDES € 100 of expenses that include everything (condominium expenses, utilities, cleaning service twice a month, Tari, TV, WiFi 1000 fibre, etc ..)
