Leidy is absolutely amazing at what she does. She was very helpful with everything, and even went above and beyond by arranging a community taxi to take us to Havana. She also set up the activities we did in town for a great price and gave us many options of what we could do during our stay. The room had the best air conditioning I saw in my time in Cuba, and the breakfast was huge. Her family was very welcoming, and handled my special requests (like boiling hot water for me) and gave us great tips on city life, as well as the way things work in town (like the bank) and more. I am looking forward to another stay in the near future!
