4 bedroom detached house in Garrykennedy, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary. We are a couple with 2 x teenage boys and a dog. Large kitchen, living room and four bedrooms. We have bicycles and a small boat. There is a small lakeside village nearby. Local club for hurling, soccer and football. We live approx 200 yards from the lake. Small village with s restaurant and two bars about 200 yards from the house. Local shop 2 km and also hurling and soccer field 2 km. Nearest town 10 km. Interest in fishing in the lake and local sports.
