Neo-colonial mansion with 3 rooms(master room, room1 and room 2) perfectly restored in the exclusive residential area of Miramar just 15 minutes drive to Old Havana. Miramar is a safe, elegant and quiet neighborhood with some of the BEST restaurants in Havana. Our home is within walking distance from the sea, and a block away from the famous 5th avenue where you can go jogging or walking to nearby parks. The rooms are spacious and well lit, with high ceiling and big windows. Fully equipped kitchen. We also have a small apartment above the garages , in the back of our house where total privacy is guaranteed , suitable for couples. Well lit and airy, surrounded by a pleasant terrace in the shade of mango tree. The apartment is small but has all you can need: private entrance, an equipped kitchen and airconditioner bedroom with private bathroom. There are also a big terrace surounded by a green curtain of local flora, a mango tree.(see photos apartment, room A) We offer breakfast with extra charges( 5 cuc per person). We offer laundry services with extra charges

Wir haben 3 Nächte in dem schönen Kolonialhaus verbracht, in diesem gibt es 3 Zimmer, wobei sich 2 Zimmer ein Bad teilen müssen. Das Wohngebiet ist sehr ruhig und sicher, viele Botschaften und schöne Häuser in der Umgebung. Das Gastehepaar Maria und Raoul wohnen sozusagen im Hinterhaus, außerdem gibt es noch ein allerdings winziges Apartment zu mieten. Reizende Familie, sehr hilfsbereit, Raoul hat uns abends 2 x zu einem Restaurant und einer Bar gefahren. Morgens kommt die Schwägerin und bereitet das wunderbare Frühstück zu, bester Kaffee auf der ganzen Rundreise. Mit dem Taxi ist es kein Problem in die Stadt zu kommen, einmal sind wir auch mit dem Hop on Hop off Bus gefahren. (10 min zu Fuß vom Haus). Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, man fühlt sich herzlichst willkommen und gut aufgehoben um sich erst einmal an Kuba und seine Eigenheiten zu gewöhnen. Danke.

Maria and Raul were the loveliest of hosts! They were so helpful and welcoming. Their home is beautiful, and we began each day with Inez's delicious breakfasts. My husband and I would be so pleased to stay with them again!

We had a really great experience staying at Casa Maria. The place was beautiful,clean and very homey. Maria was very nice, friendly, very helpful and easy to get along with. She made our stay very easy and comfortable. Her husband Raul was very easy going as well and approachable. Dinorath which is the cook was very friendly, very nice and she actually taught us how to speak a little bit of Spanish. Breakfast was very good and big for only 5 cuc. Maria and Raul are lovely hosts and we enjoyed their facilities at the beginning and at the end of our 16 days Cuba trip. You feel like being at home, welcomed from the beginning and the area of Miramar is quiet, clean, green and nonetheless lots of activities possible restaurants, culture, shopping and a trip to Old Havanna is straight forward by Taxi or a tourist bus.

I stayed with Maria and her husband Raul for a month and it's been a wonderful time! Maria showed me the neighbourhood which is really nice and safe, took me to different places, lent me a cuban phone- to sum up she helped me wherever she could. I really enjoyed staying with these two beautiful people. From the beginning until the end my experience was absolutely great. Thanks for your amazing hospitality! I'm sure I will be back soon.
