Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and very helpful with getting a collectivo for onward travel to Vinales.

My experience at Marilu's was wonderful. Her apartment has two rooms with a shared room for breakfasts, with balconies in all three rooms. Her upstairs neighbors Lia and Michel work for Marilu. They and two housekeepers took excellent care of the house and me! They helped arrange taxis and answered questions. I very much enjoyed having breakfasts with the other guests, a great way to share tips and tricks of Cuba travel. Very clean, light-filled spaces, excellent location, fantastic hospitality!

Very kind host. Very generous room with lots of storage space and a fridge. Lovely bathroom. Great location near Plaza Vieja. Some early morning noise but not much to disturb you.

Marilu was extremely welcoming and fun to stay with. She goes out of her way to make her guests' experience a good one. There's nothing she doesn't find a solution to. The room is perfectly clean and equipped. Thank you Marilu.

Marilu is a great host with a good sense of humor! She is also a professor in Cuban history, so she could teach us so many things about Cuba. Besides that, she made us a delicious and huge breakfast every day and she gave us advise about the sightseeing hotspots of Havana. Marilu's apartment is perfectly situated in the historic center. We highly recommend this place!
