An inviting and cosy warm home for winter and summer. High wooden ceilings, spacious kitchen, lounge and dining room. Amazing views of the Kaipara Harbor and rolling mountains for incredible sunrises and sunsets. Large deck for entertaining and barbecues in summer. Has a fireplace for winter. Parakai hot pools 18 minutes drive, lovely in Winter/summer and Waterfalls nearby at Omeru Reserve with pools to swim in or have a picnic. There are two toilets and one bathroom and house will have another bathroom installed. Has a single room and a double room with double beds in both and can accommodate for short or long term, 20 mins drive to Silverdale or 25 mins drive to Albany University Campus.
