We live in a large 4 bedroom contemporary modern home, a large extension and renovation took place with completion in December 2014. We have excellent living and kitchen quarters downstairs, plenty of privacy for anyone, excellent outdoor garden to relax and enjoy. Large shower/bathroom upstairs. Guests will be able to make use of their own living area with a TV. We have a cleaner who comes once a week so the home is always spotless. There is a lovely back garden which gets sunlight throughout the day. We offer a quiet, peaceful, tranquil place for any guests who wish to book with us. However please note unfortunately we do not host couples or partners in the same room. We are a very active and outdoorsy couple, we love to go hiking and walking. We are lucky to live at the foot of the Dublin Mountains, and we make the most of this location to take walks and hikes into Wicklow and the surrounding areas. We are in a fantastic and extremely well-connected location, with plenty of amenities in the area, and excellent public transport. The Leopardstown Luas stop is just 100 metres from our home. We are about 27 minutes away from Stephen's Green in Dublin city centre by Luas, From there, you can walk to Trinity College Dublin (TCD), DIT campuses, and many English language colleges that are in the city centre. There are frequent and regular buses to UCD (University College Dublin) which is about 35 minutes away. We are 15 minutes away from Dundrum shopping centre (Ireland's largest shopping centre). The brand new Samuel Beckett sports and leisure centre is just an 8-minute walk from our home. We are 15 minutes away from Dun Laoghaire, a beautiful spot on the Irish coast, and about a 35 minute drive away from Britta's Bay, a picturesque Irish beach in county Wicklow. Marley Park is 10 minutes away by car, or 25 minutes by bike. We're looking forward to hearing from you!
