Although I live in the apartment as well, I like my guests to have their own privacy but I am always on hand to help or provide advice. This is a perfect place for those visiting Columbia University, only 10 minutes walking away from the house. My apartment is a classic Harlem apartment.It is very charming, full of lovely decorations and very elegant. We walk and use public transportation to go everywhere, the whole network is very well connected. We are very close to public transport links and around from a restaurant row on Frederick Douglas Boulevard. Grocery stores, banks, the post office, playgrounds, the library and public schools are all close by. Times Square and Bryant Park only 10 minutes away by train and la Guardia airport only 20 minutes. ✓ KITCHEN: only long terms guests will be allowed to cook previous arrangements. Otherwise, they can use the kitchen for breakfast and microwave. ◘ Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 100% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room (on top of the 15% service fee is paid to Homestay.com) Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days' notice of any cancellation.
