Namaste, Bonjour Puran, Bina and Michel (9 years son), we are Rai family for Ilam District (Eastern part of Nepal). We have a small house, located in Khusibu, Nayabazar Town planning on the bank of sacred river Bishnumati, in very safe and peaceful residency area inside the Kathmandu valley. Near our homestay, you can find mini market, restaurant, Hospital and ATM and tourist bus stop. Also you can find public transportation such as bus, taxi and micro bus to go major Word Heritage Sites, Historical Palaces, Temples, Stupas and Monastries. so, we can say, our homestay is the best location for tourist. Our house is a beautiful 4 story building, in the 4th floor; where, we have 2 rooms for tourist, with shared bathroom, 24- hour hot and cold water, high speed free WiFi and terrace, where everyone can relax in taking fresh air, beautiful scenery around the Kathmandu valley. Our house is located in the heart of the Kathmandu, just 10 minutes walk from main tourist center of Thamel. About 7 km West of Tribhuvan International airport, you can take Taxi from airport (cost NRs 800 only), about 20 minutes drive, will arrive Nursary Chok, Nayabazar, near new bridge of Chaumati then right turn, drive few second and left turn, you will see orange colors house. It is about 20 minute of walking distance from Kathmand Durbar Square and 15 minute from Swyambhunath (Monkey Temple). You can reach public bus stops, few second walk from the home and also can find others options like Taxi for travelling.
