It also comes fully furnished with a brand new double bed and high grade quality double mattress two bedside tables with lamps, there is also a 70 inch automated projection screen installed for your own feature films nights. (Mini Projector also available) The views from the room are quite spectacular The flat is on the 3rd floor of a secure and well-maintained, new-build development. It has key fob entry and camera intercom, as well as off-road parking, if required. It also has a large balcony (great for BBQs), and fantastic views of London. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest gadgets, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Bathroom has a power shower and bath, The area is family-friendly; filled with great supermarkets, shops, pubs and restaurants. There's a retail park within walking distance, as well as Lidl and Sainsbury's supermarket a stone's throw away. I'm looking for a friendly and easy-going flatmate, who is considerate and respectful of personal space, but also happy to hang out on occasion and have the odd beverage. I like to live in a clean flat that feels like home, so it's important that you tidy up after yourself and keep things nice and neat.
