I'm a 53 year old author and I live with my teenage daughter and one other lodger. I have a pleasant fully furnished double bedroom with a TV and WIFI and a shared bathroom available to rent and an ensuite room. The house is in a quiet road, with no parking restrictions and is a 10 minute walk from Haywards Heath shops & restaurants, 15 minute walk to train station with fast trains to Brighton, Gatwick and London.

Thanks Joanna for a comfortable stay even though you gave me a scare when you didn’t recall my booking - You made space by offering your daughters room . Anyone who serves Yorkshire tea gets a big tick from me . I think offering a guest hairdryer might help you relax rather than loan your own . Joanna’s place very convenient for town centre and 20 min walk to railway station - on street parking
