The house is a villa with garden and terrace, located in a quiet area but with all services, 5 minutes walk from the largest park in the city, 15 minutes from the center, close to the subway and well served by public transport. There are markets and supermarkets in the area. The guest will share the house with my family, there are three of us. The guest will have his exclusive room at his disposal and will share the remaining spaces of the house, he will have access to the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and you can also easily access the terrace and the garden where you can park your bicycle. As a family we like to cook and I am the manager of a local non-professional football team. We speak English and Spanish.
