Our house is in the city center. I live with my husband. The room is available because my daughter no longer lives here at home. exiate meters near our house. There is a bus that takes us close to the metro and it takes 5 minutes from the station up to the town center. It's a small but cozy apartment. The street is quiet and peaceful. I live in a first floor. The guest dont have food in the room or never eat in the room. When you go out leave the two doors open, if dont let i open the doors. Never stay in my house with the same shoes you use in street. Use slippers. If you want to wash your clothes in home you pay 5 euros by machine. You can eat in the kitchen and after clean the kitchen NO COOK You can buy the food cook in the supermarket or use the uber eat or other company for give you the food. We have air conditioning but if you want you pay by night 5 euros. When you make a reservation, you have to send me 50% of the amount to be paid, which I will then tell you how to do it. The remainder is paid upon delivery of the key. You can cancel your reservation two weeks in advance and it will be refunded 25%. If the reservation is made 7 days in advance or less, 50% of the reservation will not be refunded in case of cancellation. A nossa casa fica no centro da cidade. Nao no centro historico da cidade. O restante é pago no acto da entrega da chave. Pode cancelar a sua reserva com duas semanas de antecedência e será reembolsado no valor de 25%. Caso a reserva seja feita com 7 dias de antecedência ou menos dias o valor de 50% da reserva não será devolvida.
