we easy going family ,that is me ben, belinda my wife and my daughter carmen . we are very closed bus stand 2minute walk and 10 minute drive into wellington city, about 20 minutes drive into wellington by bus.fully furnished spacious rooms with heater & unlimited internet with close to universities (victoria), and high schools. quiet place with handy to bus stops and shops. english is our main spoken language. • this modern single storey house situated newlands is designed with 4 spacious bedrooms, toilets and large spacious yard. • each spacious room is fully furnished with queen bed, full linens, build-in large wardrobe, bedside table & lamps, desk & chair, and • just 2min walk to bus stops and then you can hop on buses to wellington CBD(city centre). • the street is very safe even walking in the midnight. We have been hosting international students from china, japan, Europe and middle east…. Please contact at , if suited you! Looking forward to meet you soon !
