On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. Top floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Large terrace, garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, safe, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (3 cars). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, no lift. The maximum occupancy is 6 people including babys and children. If necessary the house will be heated also in summer. Free transport by buses and Pinzgautrain during summer season with the "Gästekarte" (1.May - 31.October). 50628-000385-2020

Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, skisport facilities, slopes 300 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 300 m, cross country ski track 400 m. Nearby attractions: Spielcasino 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittenhöhe-Saalbach-Fieberbrunn 300 m, Areitbahn, Kaprun-Maiskogel-Kitzsteinhorn. Hiking paths: Schmittenhöhe. Perfecte Vakantiebestemming

Ruime en mooie vakantiewoning. Ruim voorzien van de nodige slaapplaatsen en meerdere badkamers, dus niet hoeven "vechten". Lekker 's ochtends lopen naar de bakker voor het ontbijt, dat op loopafstand ligt.Ontbijten aan een ruime eethoek onder een zonneluifel en 's middags lekker luieren in de loungeset op het zonneterras. Ontzettend aardige eigenaresse, die in het naastgelegen huis woont en heel veel tips heeft gegeven voor diverse uitstapjes die we dan ook veel hebben ondernomen. Zeer zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
