For shared use: natural state property 6'000 m2 with plants and flowers, natural garden, beautiful garden to relax. Table tennis, patio, pergola. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 200 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Postauto Linie 541" 500 m, railway station "Melano SBB-CFF" 2.1 km, lake Lago di Lugano 2.6 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Swissminiatur, Melide 7 km, Outlet Foxtown, Mendrisio 9 km, Mercato Como IT 23 km, Mercato Ponte Tresa IT 30 km, Mühle von Bruzella. Posto carino ma nel viale la notte e poco illuminato, mancava un cava tappi e la lavatrice. Per il resto comodo il bus era a 5min dalla casa si può cucinare pulizia buona.
