It is a great opportunity to enjoy your reteirment, your sabbatical year, or only some months or weeks in total relax, having restaurants,bars, local markets, supermarkets very close to home.
As many people are now discovering, Puerto Morelos is a perfect place to enjoy Riviera Maya of Mexico: you'll stay very close Cancún ( 30 Km) and Playa del Carmen (35km) but you'll have the opportunity to live in a fishing village and sea port standing in contact with local people and theirs traditions.
The village is growing in the last years and it is the second largest coral reef system in the world, which makes it very popular with divers and snorkelers.
The condo where the house is located, it has 24H private security, a private pool and just in front the entrance there is a bus stop to get to the beach by local transportation ( cost: 5 mexican pesos).
The house is equipped with an air conditioned system which will help you to sleep well and to have a fresh air during all day.
The apartment is on the 2th floor and there isn't elevator.
We don't accept cats or dogs due to a strong allergy nose of Beppe.
Wi-fi and Netflix are included in the tariff.
How the house is:
Our home is composed of:
- Living room with equipped kitchen (table, chairs, fridge, kitchen, coffee machine, microwave)
- Double room with brand new bed ( 140x190) and a closet
- Single room with one bed (100x190) but there is the possibility of getting a single extra bed opening the bottom of the first one
- Bathroom with shower
We decided not to use gas at our home, in fact we only use electricity that we get from solar panels that provide a clean energy source that reduces the environmental impact.
All home furniture is made by local craftsmen using recycled wood (pallets)
You'll find all the necessary to cook and plats, dishes, glasses.

About the long term rent these are the general condition:
We'll make a regular contract and it will be registrated to Mexican authorities.
We ask 1 month as deposit which will turn back the day of departure after a check of the house.
Minimun stay period: 3 months
Maximum stay period: 6 months with the opportunity to add others 6 months (after a check of the house).
Payment methods accepted: monthly deposit via bank transfert/ Paypal/ Bizum/ USDT (or other cryptos)
About the short term rental please ask info and we'll come back to you immeditately.

Extra price per night after 2 guest : USD 10
Cleaning service before your arrival 25 USD
Electricity Fee : 2 USD per night
