Situated right on the shores of Lake Como, this minimalist apartment offers lovely lake views from its private terrace, as well as a wide range of shared facilities. Being part of an exclusive residence gives you access to an indoor heated pool with a whirlpool and waterfall, a sauna and a Turkish bath. You can also soak up the Italian rays in the outdoor solarium. Additional treatments, including massages, can be booked in advance for an additional fee.
*Facilities including the indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath, and outdoor solarium are free to use and are shared with other residents.
*Please note that the second bedroom features a bunk bed, best suited for children. There's also an additional sofa bed in the living room.
*The host can provide a baby cot and a high chair, at an extra cost.
*There are electric car charging facilities on the premises.
*The swimming pool and sauna are open from 10am to 7pm. The sauna and Turkish bath must be booked at least three hours in advance but this can't be done online.
