Please also note the pool is only available for use from 1st April to 31st October. *Weekly cleaning and linen changes are included for stays of more than six nights. *The second double bedroom is made up of two single beds pushed together. *There's a desk if you need to catch up on work. *If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and a high chair for free on request. *Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.

Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 5 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 5 days of local check-in date and time.
