Centrally located on the perfectly sandy Tulum Beach – this luxury villa has an authentic and laid-back feel. Boasting spectacular views of the crystal clear sea – this villa is the perfect retreat for a family or group of friends. Spend your days enjoying the swimming pool, or the Caribbean waters – with access to boogie boards, sea kayaks, and paddleboards – the kids will stay entertained. You can enjoy meals on your terrace cooked by a private chef here – you will be sure to experience the tranquillity of beachside living in a luxurious style.
*Your host operates several apartments here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. However, the overall quality should remain the same.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*The lounge is missing some curtains. There's a chance you might see a neighbour or two through the window, so it doesn't feel completely private.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free.
*The swimming pool is shared with other villas and also it isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
