This home caught our eye with its breathtaking views of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range. Outside, you can soak it all in from the private garden and pool. There is also a balcony and shaded terrace with a barbecue – perfect for alfresco dining. It’s worth noting the furnishings and decor are a little dated, but you will find family-friendly rooms and plenty of space across the two floors. Your host is also on hand to help organise extras like airport transfers and car rentals – a great option for those looking to explore the island. From here, it’s just 3 kilometres to the old town of Pollença, while the beach is just a ten-minute drive away.
*Due to this location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There is also private parking.
*Please note there are two floors here with one bedroom and bathroom located on the ground floor.
*The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
*Your host can provide a complimentary cot and high chair – this must be requested at the time of booking, and you’ll need to bring your own cot linen.
*Children will need to be supervised by the pool at all times.
*If you're planning on working during your stay, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.

Cancellation Policy (Super Firm 30 Day):
Guests receive a 50% refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 30 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 30 days of local check-in date and time.
