This delightful apartment is located in the popular neighbourhood of La Font de la Guatlla, just a short walk from Plaza de España. Designed with families in mind, there’s lots of space for you to spend time together, whether you’re lounging inside, cooking up a storm, or relaxing on the private patio with a glass of something refreshing. Two guests will be sleeping on an extra sofa bed in the second bedroom, but your host has added a privacy curtain to make things more comfortable.
*Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay. *At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in bedroom two. It’s separated from the twin beds by a curtain to add privacy. *Your host may be able to provide a cot for little ones on request.

Cancellation Policy (Reasonable):
Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 5 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 5 days of local check-in date and time.
