Nestled in the countryside between the sea and the city of Modica, this home makes the ideal setting for a relaxing getaway. It’s worth noting the apartment is set within the grounds of the owner’s home and the swimming pool is shared, but you will have a private terrace and plenty of space to relax and unwind. Children’s amenities can be arranged on request, plus there is a lot to discover in the surroundings. From here, it’s just 12 kilometres to the nearest beach (Marina di Modica), while the nearest shops and restaurants are also within easy driving distance.
*Please note this home is located within the grounds of the owner's home and the swimming pool is shared with the family. It’s also worth noting the swimming pool is only available for use from 1st June to 31st October.
*This home is spread across one floor.
*If you’re travelling with children, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free on request.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There is also private parking for one car.
