This apartment sits in the heart of Varenna, a short walk from the picturesque Lake Como. Shops, restaurants, and the train station are also nearby, putting you in a prime position to explore both near and far. While the fuss-free interiors aren't the most exciting, we think this is a practical option for families and friends. The balcony is a lovely spot to relax with a glass of wine – even if it's overlooked a bit by neighbours – and the kitchen is a decent size if you want to prepare meals at home. With the double sofa bed in use, space will be tight, so we think it's best suited for four.

However, if you want ample space for socialising, this home is best for four guests. *This apartment is lacking in homely touches. We think it's best for those planning to spend most of their time out and about. *There's a private parking space here if you plan on driving. *Please note this home is not accessible to disabled people, as stairs are likely required. *The balcony is overlooked by neighbours, and the views aren't the best. We still think it's a nice spot to unwind, though. *Given the central location, noise is to be expected.

Cancellation Policy (Relaxed):
Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 24 hours of local check-in date and time.
