This villa is in the quiet village of Giustiniana, looking out over the Lazio countryside yet within walking distance of restaurants, shops and a train station. It’s just a ten-minute drive from the centre of Rome. The villa is surrounded by a vast garden on three sides, furnished with everything needed for dining, sunbathing and relaxation. The interior is on the traditional side and the bathrooms in particular feel a little dated. But the living area is big and bright, there’s loads of room. The close proximity to Rome while retaining a sense of peace and quiet more than makes up for the decor.
*All of the bedrooms are upstairs, so this place may not suit those with limited mobility.
*One of the bedrooms can be arranged as a twin room or a double, just let your host know what you prefer.
*Your host welcomes pets here, just let them know in advance of your stay.
*While smoking is permitted, your host asks you to be particularly careful in the summer months when vegetation is dry.
*The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
*Having a car is recommended to make the most of the area. There is private parking with this home.
