Mystic Sanctuary
Just a short drive from Lake Como, this functional loft apartment might not be our most luxurious, but it has everything you'd need in a base. Location is everything here, with Como and Varese close by, along with the Monte San Giorgio – ideal for hikers. The available parking will come in handy, as Milan is just a short drive away too. Back at home, there only being an ensuite bathroom might be inconvenient, and at capacity, two guests will be using the sofa bed. We think the spot is best suited to families, and the host can provide a cot if needed.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*You won't find an oven – though there is a hob. We think the kitchenette, which is in the living area, is better suited to prepping lighter bites.
*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home, which is on the first floor.
*The bathroom is an ensuite, meaning guests will need to enter the bedroom to access it.
*The host can provide a baby cot and a high chair, at an extra cost.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car. There's free private parking.
*You'll have access to the shared garden and communal washing machines here.

Cancellation Policy (Reasonable):
Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 5 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 5 days of local check-in date and time.
