If you’re visiting as a group, these two self-contained apartments make for an idyllic spot in Como. There’s plenty of space for your cohort, including two handy sofa beds to accommodate up to four guests – perfect if you’re visiting with children. And while you can enjoy the privacy of these two spaces, the living spaces are great for coming together to share dinners after days on Lake Como. While the patio is on the small side, and the views only look out onto the courtyard, it’s a nice spot to sip a glass of wine at the end of the day.
*These two apartments sleep eight guests, with the last four guests sharing small double sofa beds in the two separate lounges. We think these beds are better suited to children sharing or a single adult.
*The host can provide a baby cot and a high chair, at an extra cost.
*Each apartment has its own entrance.
*Expect to climb some stairs here.
*While the courtyard is private, the views aren't overly inspiring. You can only access the space via the ground-floor apartment.
*Given the home's spot in a tourist area, you may hear some noise.

Cancellation Policy (Reasonable):
Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 5 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 5 days of local check-in date and time.
