Fitness fiends will be happy to find a gym and private tennis court here to keep them active. There's also a hot tub and sauna for those who'd prefer a more leisurely approach to their holiday. Kids will love the sprawling garden and swimming pool, and the whole family can come together around the alfresco dining table to appreciate the beautiful views. Rome and Florence can be reached by high-speed rail, or drive to cities closer to home, like Orvieto.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking available.
*While the home can accommodate up to twelve people, standard sleeping arrangements is for ten guests only. There is a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here, but you'll have to climb the stairs up to the other four bedrooms.
*The swimming pool – available for use between 1st May and 30th September – isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
