This ground-floor apartment is an ideal base for a small family or group of friends on a Syracuse stay. Sure, it’s fairly fuss-free in style, and we think the kitchen is best suited to whipping up light bites, but this home’s all about the location for us. Dining out is a breeze with an abundance of eateries nearby, and Ortigia market is a must-visit. The Temple of Apollo is a stone’s throw away, or venture further south to discover the Cathedral of Syracuse, the Fountain of Diana, and Cala Rossa beach.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*The bathrooms in this home are very small. That said, they have everything you need to get ready for the day.
*This home is located within an apartment building, with a shared entrance. Expect to bump into other guests during your stay.
*Given the home's central spot, expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay.

*There's no free parking at this home, but you can pay to use the nearby public car park, around six minutes away on foot.
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones for an additional fee of €10 per high chair per stay, and €15 per cot per stay – they can also help to arrange a babysitting service for €12 per hour.
*Your host can arrange for a welcome hamper for an additional €80 and a bottle of wine for €20.

Cancellation Policy (Moderate):
Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 30 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
Guests receive a 50% refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 7 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 7 days of local check-in date and time.
