If you’re not swimming in the communal pool or dining in an on-site restaurant, you can rustle up some food at home to enjoy on the private balcony. Just the place to start or end your day, you’ll never tire of the far-reaching sea views from this sunny spot. And if the sight entices you to the water, it’s a short 100-metre stroll to Playa Peñón del Cura, the ideal base for a beach day.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home.
*This home is situated on a resort, with shared amenities including communal swimming pools, a tennis court, a children’s playground, restaurants and a small supermarket. The swimming pools aren’t fenced, so children will need to be supervised at all times.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a high chair for free. You'll need to request it in advance.

Cancellation Policy (Relaxed):
Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 24 hours of local check-in date and time.
