With access to a shared on-site spa, swimming pools, and restaurant, this lakeside home is a destination in itself. The facilities are just a minute’s walk away and when you’re not enjoying a sauna or workout in the gym, you can savour the peace and quiet from your private deck, overlooking a small lake. We love the panoramic windows here which make the most of the water views, and with table football and a communal outdoor play area, kids are well catered for too. While you’d be forgiven for not wanting to leave the estate, if you do decide to venture out you'll discover lots of traditional Cotswold villages just a short drive away.
*At full occupancy this home sleeps 8 adults and 2 children (one above parents in top bunk, second on a z-bed).
*You’ll have access to the shared on-site spa and gym here.
*There is also an on-site restaurant
*The lake view may be limited from May to September – the estate is unable to cut back lake plants during these months due to strict ecology rules.
*Your host can provide a travel cot and high chair for free on request.
*There’s an unfenced lake here – swimming or water sports are not permitted from October to March.
*The home has one allocated parking space. Additional parking is available in the car park a short walk away.
*A late check-out is available on Sundays for no extra cost.
