With a shared outdoor space boasting a communal pool and plenty of loungers, embracing the Mediterranean lifestyle comes easily here. The apartment itself is traditional in style and has a basic kitchen – it’s also worth noting that one of the beds in the twin room is suited to a child. When it comes to exploring the local area, wine connoisseurs will love the nearby vineyards, while a trip to San Gimignano to see the towers – known as mediaeval skyscrapers – is a must.
*While not all bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*One of the beds in the twin bedroom is only suitable for a child.
*You'll have access to the communal swimming pool and gardens here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between 26th May and 30th September.
*Your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.

Cancellation Policy (Firm):
Guests receive a 50% refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 7 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 7 days of local check-in date and time.
