Surrounded by rolling countryside, this apartment suits a solo traveller or couple seeking a relaxing stay in Italy. The rustic interiors are quintessentially Tuscan, and while the kitchenette is simple, you have everything you need for assembling bruschetta. Outside, there’s a communal swimming pool, a terrace with a wood-fired oven and a barbecue, and shady spots for enjoying your morning espresso. Location-wise, you’re within walking distance of San Donato, but you’ll need a car if you wish to explore further afield. Florence is around a forty-minute drive away.
*Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car for ease of getting around.
*The swimming pool is communal and is open from the 30th of May to the 30th of September.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a small hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.

Guests receive a 50% refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 14 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 14 days of local check-in date and time.
